The morning began at their cozy Big Sur cabin, where I captured quiet getting-ready moments filled with laughter and gentle chaos—the kind that comes with a toddler nearby. One thing that stood out immediately was how deeply Kaite loves being a mother. Her bond with Landen was visible in every touch, smile, and glance, and it added so much emotional depth to the day.

When it comes to eloping with kids, support is key. Kaite and Zach thoughtfully brought Zach’s mom along to help care for Landen during moments when we focused on just the two of them. This allowed them to stay fully present without stress—and gave Landen space to rest and play when needed.

Landen joined in on their first look beneath the towering redwoods before we explored the forest together. We paused for doughnuts and coffee ☕🍩, then enjoyed a relaxed lunch at Big Sur River Inn before wrapping up the morning session at the beach.

A Golden Hour Ceremony at Garrapata State Park 💍
At sunset, we met along the rugged cliffsides of Garrapata State Park. With the ocean shimmering below, Kaite and Zach exchanged heartfelt vows while Landen proudly handed them their rings—then happily played in the dirt nearby. It was real, emotional, and incredibly magical.
