Alma and Jorge’s “Just Us” Elopement: A Beautiful, Intimate Wedding
Malibu beach coves are some of the most romantic scenes in California! When it comes to weddings, everyone has their own idea of what the perfect day should look like. For Alma and Jorge, that perfect day was a “Just Us” Malibu beach cove elopement. And that’s exactly what they got! With the beautiful California coastline as their backdrop, Alma and Jorge exchanged vows and became husband and wife in a private, intimate ceremony.
Choosing the Perfect Beach Cove Elopement Location
One of the things that made Alma and Jorge’s elopement so special was their choice of location. Rather than opting for a wide-open beach, they wanted a more secluded spot with rocky coves and sea caves. I recommended the perfect elopement location in Malibu and scheduled their elopement for a spring day during low tide. This gave them full access to all the beach coves and allowed them to explore the sea cave areas without any crowds around. There’s something really romantic about secluded rocky beach coves, isn’t there?
An Intimate Ceremony
Despite Alma being six months pregnant, she and Jorge were determined to have their special day and make it one to remember. And they certainly did! The ceremony was the perfect way to start the day and set the tone for the rest of the session. As an ordained officiant, I was able to pronounce them married and sign as their officiant, making the ceremony official and legally binding.
Capturing the Moment
After the ceremony, Alma and Jorge were able to relax and have fun taking photos on the beach. The day was all about them and their love for each other, and that really shone through in the pictures. They were able to capture their love and intimacy in a beautiful way, with the stunning Malibu coastline as their backdrop. They even got in the water at the end!
A Beautiful Reminder
Alma and Jorge’s elopement is a beautiful reminder that weddings don’t have to be big, extravagant affairs with lots of guests and expensive decorations. They can be intimate, private ceremonies that focus solely on the couple and their love for each other.
