Taylor and Noah booked me a year and a half in advance because they knew they wanted a mountain top wedding in the breathtaking Yosemite National Park. Early October is one of the most popular times for couples to elope here 🍂✨, and it was their first time visiting this iconic location. They were so excited to celebrate their love just the two of them in the golden morning light.
A Love Story Years in the Making 💕
These two sweethearts actually met in high school and started dating shortly after. Fast forward years later, and they were ready for a private, intimate elopement surrounded by the grandeur of Yosemite. They flew in from Southern California, and I helped them every step of the way—from creating a detailed timeline to guiding them through locations and planning spontaneous photo stops along the way 📸.
Sunrise Vows at Their Mountain Top Wedding 🌄
We started early to catch the sunrise, and witnessing their vows was absolutely magical. With only the chirping morning birds as witnesses, the emotion in the air was so tangible. After their ceremony, we explored Glacier Point, El Capitan Meadows, and even a quick stop along the Merced River, capturing fun and candid moments that truly reflected their connection.

After a short break, we reunited for a sunset session at one of my favorite overlook locations. The sweeping views of Yosemite Valley provided the perfect backdrop for golden hour portraits. To cap off their unforgettable day, we captured dreamy starry night photos—a perfect ending to their mountain top wedding adventure.
