Taylor and Noah booked me a year and a half in advance because they knew they wanted a mountain top wedding in the breathtaking Yosemite National Park. Early October is one of the most popular times for couples to elope here. 🍂✨They were so excited to celebrate their love just the two of them in the golden morning light.
A Love Story Years in the Making 💕
These two sweethearts actually met in high school and started dating shortly after. Fast forward years later, and they were ready for a private, intimate elopement surrounded by the grandeur of Yosemite. I helped them every step of the way from creating a detailed timeline to guiding them through locations and planning spontaneous photo stops along the way 📸.
Sunset Portraits Across Yosemite National Park
From the sweeping views at Glacier Point to the open landscapes of El Capitan Meadow and a peaceful stop along the Merced River, we spent the day exploring some of Yosemite’s most iconic locations while capturing candid moments that felt natural and true to who they are. As the day came to a close, we hiked out for sunset, where golden light illuminated the granite cliffs and created the perfect ending to their adventurous Yosemite elopement day.

After a short break, we reunited for a sunset session at one of my favorite overlook locations. The sweeping views of Yosemite Valley provided the perfect backdrop for golden hour portraits. To cap off their unforgettable day, we captured dreamy starry night photos—a perfect ending to their mountain top wedding adventure.
