Sunrise Elopement
The day began in the early morning at their cozy cabin tucked away in the woods. Lauren’s morning started with Mark’s sister helping her with hair and makeup, creating a warm, family-focused atmosphere. As the golden hues of the morning light filtered through the cabin windows, we captured tender moments of them getting ready for their special day.

Just before sunrise, Lauren and Mark had their first look, an emotional and intimate moment, with the soft light of dawn embracing them. From there, we ventured into the nearby redwood forest. This stunning backdrop added a sense of wonder to the day. We explored the towering trees, taking unique photos on a swing bridge and a fallen log, each location offering a new perspective of the majestic forest.

The morning sun shone through the trees as they exchanged their vows, adding a magical touch to the moment. After pronouncing them married, I signed their marriage license. This added to the personal and intimate feel of their elopement as their ordained photographer.

After a relaxing lunch break, where Lauren and Mark enjoyed time together. We made our way to the beach for the afternoon. With the ocean as their backdrop, they cut and shared their elopement cake, laughing and embracing the joy of the moment.
